WE KEEP EVERYTHING IN THE OPEN
Every City Kids environment has a camera so you can check in and have peace of mind. Just tell us your child’s name, show us your sticker, and we’ll be glad to help.
WE PARTNER WITH PARENTS
Don’t hesitate to speak with a staff member or connector about any concern or question you have. We’re happy to help.
WE PLAY IT SAFE
We only allow authorized parents or guardians to pick up kids. We have security personnel onsite at all times and we provide ongoing safety training for our City Kids connectors and staff.
WE WORK TOGETHER
There are at least two adults present in every City Kids environment at all times. No one is ever alone.
WE BUILD TRUST
The connectors and staff who work with your children have all been thoroughly screened through background and reference checks and an application process. We know each City Kids connector and trust them.
WE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION
If anything seems amiss, we immediately step in to protect children. We take accusations seriously and investigate them.
